Contact through this website
Details entered in the form stay in your browser. The form prepares a message for your own email app; you send it yourself. The WhatsApp button passes only the text you have entered to that service. You send the message in WhatsApp. This website does not submit the form through its server or store its contents in a database.
Why I process personal data
Details you provide in a call or message help me reply and discuss working together. Enquiries about entering into a contract are handled under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other correspondence and website protection rely on legitimate interests in communication and security (Article 6(1)(f)). Providing details is voluntary; without contact details I may be unable to reply.
Hosting and external services
Hostinger provides website hosting and email. Its server may record technical information such as your IP address, request time, page address and browser information to operate and protect the service. Email, telephone and WhatsApp providers handle the channel you choose. When you visit an external service, its own rules also apply, including any processing outside the European Economic Area.
Files and browsing privacy
Photos, videos and fonts are stored on this hosting service. The website does not load analytics, advertising scripts or embedded social media players and does not set its own cookies. You choose whether to open profile links. I do not profile visitors or make automated decisions about them.
Retention and your rights
I keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry. If we work together, I also retain records as required by legal obligations and the establishment or defence of claims. Technical logs follow the hosting provider’s settings and retention rules.
You may request access, correction, erasure or restriction and, where applicable, portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and complain to the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). Please send requests to the email address above.
